Heartworks Lomi Lomi - 3 day live-in retreat

The Lomi Lomi method uses the hands as an instrument of the heart, so that you can open up on all levels to let go of the old and make room for the new. It encourages deep relaxation while working thoroughly and effectively on cleansing the lymphatic system. Learn to use your hands, breath, rhythm and energy flow to treat yourself and others.

The course starts at 11 am on the Friday and finishes at 5 pm on the Sunday.

Venue is Rainbows Reach Retreat at Wyee (1 1/2 hours north of Sydney)

Throughout the live in weekend you will learn to confidently give and receive a full body Hawaiian massage, connect with Hawaiian Philosophy of life (Huna), gain a fresh appreciation of nature, eat healthy cleansing food and come away with a renewed enthusiasm for all aspects of your life.
